TIME OPTIONS FOR WEIGHT LOSS EXERCISES: EARLY MIDMORNING
This option seems to work best for stay-at-home parents with young children, those with very flexible hours, retirees, and seniors. At my daughter's school, more than half of the parents are wearing exercise clothes when they drop off their kids. They go directly to the gym, an exercise class, or back home to exercise. This is a great time slot if one has young children. The kids get up so early that most parents don't have an opportunity to exercise in the early morning. But once the kids are out of the house, this is your "window" of opportunity. Use it. If you exercise between 8:30 and 10:00 A.M., you then have the time to get cleaned up and ready for the day, and as with the very-early-morning option, you only need to shower and dress once, a major time-saver for everyone. drugswatcher.com
For those people who don't have children at home and perhaps fall into the retiree or senior category, this option can also be very effective. After a leisurely breakfast and reading the paper, they exercise and then carry on with the rest of their day. For workers who have flexible schedules and go to work later in the day, midmorning is also a perfect time.
